Return Policy is subject to change without notice. Please ensure that you review the Return Policy of Eleczone as well as the individual store that you will making a purchase before doing so. Due to the wide variety of products offered and the unique characteristics of each product each store owner will also display their return policy on the page where the products will be checked. A seller must however comply with the generation protocols outlined in the Eleczone Market policy. If evidence of sellers not abiding by these rules please send complaint to contact@.
To commence the return procedure of a product:
- Contact the seller by using their phone number (see order confirmation email) as well as sending the seller a message via the https: website and notify the seller of the item you which to exchange or refund. This message must include the reason for requesting an exchange or refund.
- Refunds will only be approved by Eleczone or for exchanges to be received by the seller, the request for refund must be made within Seven (7) days of delivery date of the product.
- Only return product when you have gotten the permission to do so.
- The product must be:
- in its original unopened and unused condition, with packaging intact where applicable and must be accompanied by a copy of your valid identification, original invoice as well as copy of the delivery note that was signed by either yourself or your representative.
- Buyer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
Seller’s Obligation:
- Offer a product refund or exchange excluding the original shipping cost for the below reasons:
- Buyer complains that the product they purchased is different from what was advertised.
- Buyer complains that they were provided misleading product pictures/details/contents.
- Item purchase is malfunctioning or it does not work as indicated by the seller.
Unacceptable Returns:
- Subject to any legal rules which may apply, the following shall be not accepted for return:
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product that exhibits physical damage including burns, dents, scratches broken parts, bent CPU pins, misuse, insect infestation, spilled liquids, damage caused from incorrect installation and improper handling, abuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or installation.
- Any product with a broken warranty seal or any signs of attempted repair.
- Intimate clothing such as swimsuits, bras and underwear.
- Gift cards and software (downloadable products)
- Groceries, fruit baskets and flowers.
- There will be no refund or exchange unless your order is cancelled before the items are delivered for perishable food products. Alternately, it is up to the discretion of the seller to provide an exchange or refund after the items have been delivered.
- Where the vendor has to do significant preparation of product as in the case of preparing items from the farm, cancelling can only be facilitated if this is communicated before products have started going through the preparation process.
Return Policy / Warranty
- Refer to the warranty information posted for each production by the seller to see the warranty coverage for large appliances, small appliances and small electronic devices. The warranty will not cover damages inflicted by a third party after you have received the product.
- No returns or refund on perishable items.
- No returns on intimate items of clothing.
- All other requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of the delivery date of your order.
